Congratulations to Highland High School seniors Maria Davis and Lauren Vincek who were chosen to take part in the 2022 Medina County Spring Leadership Ball on April 30 at Weymouth Country Club. The event is held annually in conjunction with Feeding Medina County. A total of only 26 girls were selected in Medina County for this honor. With no mention of their name or school, the girls were chosen for their leadership in school, high GPA, community service and their engagement in the community. They will all participate in a food drive project to benefit Feeding Medina County. Again, kudos to Maria, daughter of Calvin and Tina Davis of Montville Township; and to Lauren, daughter of Frank Vincek of Akron and Pamela Vincek of Montville Township.
